The agreement
Scope, price, taxes, milestones, revisions, cancellation, acceptance, source ownership and recurring costs must be agreed in writing. No inquiry creates a booking or binding engagement.
Demonstrations
Bella, Onyx and the public systems lab are demonstrations. They do not establish client results, a live trading business, product endorsements or an available appointment.
Use and rights
Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or send confidential records. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. No terms here remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
