The current technical behaviour is described here. The registered company details are supplied by the operator. Lawful basis, rights handling and retention policy still require operator review before public launch.

Inquiry handling
The configured backend stores contact, project, quote and subscription-interest requests with consent version, source context and timestamps. Vehicle quotes include make, model and year. These details are for responding to the request, not automatic marketing enrolment.
Storage and notifications
Persistent Node-host SQLite and the existing optional Supabase adapter are separate configurations. An email outbox does not establish delivery. No live CRM, newsletter or booking-provider connection is implied by this preview.
Optional measurement
Measurement is off unless permitted by the visitor. Only allowlisted event names and public context are aggregated, without visitor identifiers or inquiry contents. A withdrawal stops future events.
Rights and retention
Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection rights must be supported through an approved operator process. The retention schedule and processor agreements are release gates, not invented legal conclusions.
