Before discovery
Write down the audience, the offer, the visitor action, the current system and what is not working. Identify approved assets and who can authorise account access.
Before integration
Name the data owner, permitted fields, service limits, ongoing costs and fallback. Define what counts as an acknowledgement and what needs human review.
Before launch
Agree which routes and workflows will be exercised. Use synthetic data, verify storage separately from notification and keep the exact build and test context with the receipt.
